Crispy taro
Overview
Originally I wanted to make fried taro, but I added too much water to make it crispy. Well...it tastes good too. Friends who want to eat it can try it. It's very simple! It uses less materials and is economical!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Peel and wash the taro and cut into long strips about 1.5cm thick x 8cm long. Heat the oil and fry in a pan.
-
Fry until both sides are slightly brown, drain the oil and take it out (if you are not sure whether it is cooked, you can use chopsticks to find a thicker piece of taro and poke it. If you can pierce it easily, it is cooked)
-
Clean the pot, add water and sugar and boil to melt.
-
After the white sugar is melted, add the fried taro, stir-fry evenly, then add the chopped green onion, remove from the pan and finish. It is recommended to let it cool for a while before eating, it will be more delicious! (You can add chopped green onion or not. Personally, I prefer to eat it with green onion)
