Wash mint leaves and set aside.

Cut the chicken wings twice from the back and wash them.

Lemon slices.

Add mint, salt, black pepper, honey and lemon slices to the chicken wings.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for two hours.

Remove from refrigerator.
