Materials: wild rice, rubber fish

Ingredients: ginger slices, green onion segments

Remove the head, guts, skin and wash the rubber fish.

Remove and set aside.

Peel and clean the wild rice.

Place on the chopping board and cut into slices, set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add rubber fish and fry on both sides.
