Take the egg tart crust out of the freezer and arrange it. Set aside. Pour the milk and whipped cream together

Add sugar and cook over low heat until the sugar dissolves. Do not boil!

Turn off the heat and add 4g chestnut flour, that is, corn starch, and stir

When the milk cools down a bit, add the egg yolks and stir!

Strain the milk and pour it evenly into the tart shell, until it is 80% full.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 15 minutes, until the surface is slightly brown and the tart crust has risen. Boxed for gifting
