Peel the mango and cut into small cubes;

Put some more water in the pot, bring it to a boil, add sago, and cook over high heat for about 15 minutes;

Cook until there is only a little white core left in the sago, turn off the heat, cover and simmer for a while;

When the sago becomes completely transparent, scoop it out and pour it into cold water;

Put the cooled sago into a container, add coconut milk, and drizzle with honey for the best taste;
