Boiled Shrimp
Overview
The shrimp I bought today were very fresh, and the price has become much cheaper recently, so I bought more. I kept them in the refrigerator for an hour or two. When I took them out to wash, they were still alive, so I boiled them. They were original and sweet.

Chop ginger, garlic and green onion into mince and set aside.

Put it into a dish, pour in light soy sauce and homemade scallion oil. If there is no scallion oil, heat the salad oil, pour it on top of the minced scallions and ginger, and then pour in the light soy sauce.

Pour enough water into the pot, add ginger slices, and bring to a boil over high heat.

Pour in the shrimps and cook over high heat for about 1 minute. The shrimps will turn red and take on a U shape. Remove them, drain them and place on a plate.
