Steps

  1. Cut chicken and scallions into bite-size pieces. Mix all seasonings and set aside.

  2. Thread the chicken and green onions alternately (as shown in the picture).

  3. Grill the chicken skewers until cooked. I used a grill pan that Japanese people use for grilling fish, but you can also use a frying pan instead.

  4. Pour sauce into pan and heat. until the sauce thickens,

  5. Put the grilled chicken skewers in and let the sauce evenly coat the surface.
