Creative coconut pattern bread
Overview
Coconut flower bread has always been one of my family’s favorite breads. Today’s creative coconut flower bread is beautiful in shape, puffy and soft, and has a rich coconut flavor.

Put various raw materials into the bread machine.

Softened butter.

Stir the dough until it forms a ball, add butter and continue kneading and fermenting.

Fermented dough.

Remove dough from bread machine.

Knead the dough until smooth.

Prepare coconut filling.

Then add cooking oil.

Mix filling until smooth.

Roll the dough into a thin and even cake shape, cut off the remaining material around it.

Spread the filling over 1/2 of the surface and use a small rolling pin to gently flatten it to prevent it from falling apart.

Fold the other side over the coconut filling side.

Move the dough to the baking sheet (otherwise, it will fall apart easily if you work on it), then cut it into strips with a knife, and twist each strip into thin strips.

Secondary fermentation works well.

Preheat the oven for 5 to 10 minutes and bake at 150 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes. Cover with oil paper or tin foil to prevent scorching.
