The third cube of rich flavor---coffee maple almond butter muffin
Overview
The third power of rich flavor---coffee maple almond butter muffin. If it is just a simple coffee muffin, it still smells good, but when you taste it, you always feel that there is something missing in the muffin? Later, I thought about it and realized that there was a lack of something sweet to echo the aroma of the coffee, and the cake itself seemed not to be sweet enough. It wasn’t that the sweetness was not enough, but that the taste was not sweet enough. Paired with the rich aroma of coffee, its own sweetness seemed a bit light, so I used this --- maple sugar. The cake is overall soft, and you will feel it is delicious after eating one. However, it is a bit plain, so it might be a good choice to pair it with a filling that has a texture. SO, here is this muffin---coffee maple almond butter muffin. The sweetness, texture and rich aroma are just right. It is very delicious~~~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Crush the almonds with a food processor, add an appropriate amount of maple sugar and mix well (just mix it into a sticky paste like the one in the picture)
-
Add water to coffee powder to make a coffee paste. The thickness is as shown in the picture (the coffee powder I use is made from coffee beans, which feels more watery than instant coffee powder. The water used to make the paste will be a little more. When using instant coffee powder to make coffee paste, add less water. But it must be mixed into a paste. Don't make it too thin)
-
Whole eggs plus caster sugar
-
Beat together with a whisk
-
Then pour in vegetable oil
-
Also use a whisk to beat well
-
Pour in pure milk first
-
Then pour in the coffee paste
-
Mix together with a whisk
-
Sift flour, baking powder, and baking soda at the same time
-
Mix together with a spatula
-
Fill the paper cup with 1/3 of the coffee batter (it is best to use a slightly larger paper cup to make this muffin, so that more maple almond butter can be put in, and more fillings will make it more delicious)
-
Put a tablespoon of maple almond butter on top of the coffee batter, just a little more than what I pictured
-
The coffee batter in the paper cup is 80% full
-
In the middle rack of the oven, set it to 170 degrees for about 25 minutes
