Wash the baby cabbage and cut into 6-8 strips.

Boil in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. When the roots of the vegetables are soft and tender, remove them into a plate and make the base of the vegetables.

Cut the preserved eggs into peanut-sized pieces and sprinkle them on top of the blanched baby cabbage.

Soak wolfberry in warm water for ten minutes.

Use the boiling water (appropriate amount) used to blanch the baby cabbage, add salt, chicken essence, oyster sauce, wolfberry, and wet starch and bring to a boil to make a vegetable juice, then pour it onto the baby cabbage.
