Mini pizza
Overview
It’s small and cute, and you don’t need to cut it. You can also enjoy a variety of flavors. I made rolled-up, sausage, sausage, and fruit pizzas. It turned out that I still like fruit pizza. With a lot of cheese, it couldn’t be better.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Add high-gluten flour, salt, sugar and yeast to an appropriate amount of water and form into a dough, ferment until 2-2.5 times in size,
-
Dip a little flour into the fermented dough with your fingers and press it down. The dough will neither shrink nor sink.
-
When you pull it up, you can see fibrous tissue,
-
Clean the air in the dough and divide it into 5 equal parts,
-
Cut the sausage into strips, slice the sausage, and cut the green pepper into rings,
-
Roll out the dough to about 0.5 cm thick, and place the sausage strips in a circle along the edge. (This is how to make rolled pizza. For ordinary pizza, just roll out the dough and make a little edge.)
-
Wrap the sausage inward with the dough,
-
Cut it with scissors, turn it side up,
-
Use a fork to make small air holes on the bottom,
-
Spread tomato sauce
-
Arrange sausages, sausages, and green peppers,
-
Sprinkle some cheese and put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 7 minutes. Take it out and sprinkle the cheese again, and then bake for about 4 minutes until the cheese melts. (Spread the cheese twice to get more strings)
