  1. Melt warm water and sugar, then add yeast and let it sit for 10 minutes. Pour in low-gluten flour and mix evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment

  3. Insert a small hole in the middle to make it just right without deforming

  4. Knead into long strips and divide into equal portions. Let it sit for 15 minutes

  5. Shape it into a round shape and add the barbecued pork fillings (barbecued pork and barbecued pork sauce, mix well), fold and seal

  6. Brush a layer of corn oil on the steaming plate and put in the folded barbecued pork buns, bring to a boil and steam for 20 minutes, then simmer for 5 minutes
