Cut the eggplant in half and lay flat on the baking sheet. Brush with appropriate amount of oil and score the eggplant body with a knife to inhale the flavor.

To make the sauce, dice the millet pepper and garlic and put them in a bowl. Then add a spoon each of soy sauce, soy sauce and oyster sauce, and then add an appropriate amount of sugar, salt, and chili oil.

Garlic sprouts, onions, green and red peppers, diced. Put into the oil pan and stir-fry.

Spread the sauce on the eggplant and top with the onions and garlic sprouts. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
