Overview

Raw material picture. A piece of ham, suitable for fat and thin. 3 green peppers, 3 shallots, a small piece of ginger, 1 garlic, 1 dried chili, wash and set aside.

Cut the ham into thin slices, and leave the fat and lean meat in small pieces. Children like to eat pure lean meat, keep the fat meat for oil extraction, and cut each into small pieces. Cut the green pepper into diamond-shaped slices and put them in a bowl, shred the ginger, slice the garlic, cut the shallots and dried chilies into small pieces and put them in a bowl.
