Prepare a piece of puff pastry (see papaya egg tart for details), roll it into a 0.3CM thick rectangle, apply water on top and sprinkle with white sugar.

Roll it up from both sides to the middle, then turn it upside down.

Cut into 0.6-1CM thick slices, shape them, place on a baking sheet greased with butter or lined with non-stick grease paper, preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put the upper and lower heat on the middle layer, and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown. That’s it.
