Peanut buns
Overview
The bread I made this time did not use bread flour or vegetable oil, but used ordinary flour and roasted and crushed peanuts. Therefore, rather than baking bread, it is more appropriate to call it toasted steamed buns. Due to the addition of chopped peanuts, the color was already a bit dark. As a result, the baking time and temperature were a bit high. As a result, the baked bread looked overly colored and affected the appearance. However, it did not taste burnt at all.
