Fried chicken gizzards with celery

I braised the chicken gizzards myself last weekend. I came back from get off work at noon and cut everything up and stir-fried it with my favorite vegetables. It’s simple and delicious! Clean, safe and time-saving!

Wash and cut celery into sections.

Braised chicken gizzards in advance and sliced. If you don’t have any, you can buy cooked ones and cut them up.

Add the onion, garlic, and millet pepper to the hot pan with cold oil and stir-fry (you can omit the millet pepper if you don’t like spicy food).

First add the celery and stir-fry for a while.

When the celery is 6 or 7 mature, add the chopped chicken gizzards.

Continue to stir-fry for 2 or 3 minutes, add an appropriate amount of salt, a little soy sauce and a little sugar (for freshness, remember not to use too much)

Simple, time-saving, and delicious food is ready! Have a bowl of white rice and eat whatever you want.
