No-Bake Cheesecake
Overview
This cheesecake was made for my son’s birthday. I originally planned to make a chiffon cake, but unfortunately I ran out of eggs at home and was too lazy to buy them. I happened to have butter, cheese, whipping cream, etc. in the refrigerator, so I used them to make this no-bake cheesecake
