Cucumber scrambled eggs
Overview
Cucumbers and eggs don't seem to have a close relationship, but they actually go well together. The cucumbers are refreshing, the eggs are tender and smooth, and they're a quick dish.

Cut the cucumber into pieces, not too thin, beat the eggs, add 1/3 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, beat evenly;

Open a pot, heat the pot and add an appropriate amount of oil, add cucumbers, add 1/3 teaspoon of refined salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, cook until half-cooked, set aside;
