Mix rice flour with sugar and baking powder;

Add water and milk;

Stir until there are no grains and the rice porridge is especially smooth and delicate;

Grease the mold with oil and sprinkle with dry powder to prevent sticking. For two of them, I added chopped red dates;

Pour the rice paste into the mold and put it in the steamer for 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and unmold.
