Butter-fried matsutake mushrooms
Overview
Matsutake is the most expensive natural medicinal fungus. It contains 18 kinds of amino acids, many active nutrients, and 5 kinds of unsaturated fatty acids. It has the functions of improving human immunity, anti-aging, restoring energy, and anti-radiation. Today, I have the luxury of buying 1 catty of wild matsutake at once, and making a simple high-end dish - butter-fried matsutake for 178/plate. Enjoy the taste buds and visual experience of high consumption once in a while.

Steps
-
This is fresh wild matsutake I bought (178/jin). It can be washed, but I used a knife to remove the outer layer of the matsutake one by one.
-
Then wash them and wipe off the water with paper towels, then cut them into thin and even slices one by one.
-
Put an appropriate amount of butter in the pot.
-
Put the matsutake slices into a pot and fry over low heat.
-
Fry until lightly browned.
-
Fry the matsutake slices until golden brown and sprinkle with a little salt.
-
Add a little chicken essence, then sprinkle with chopped green onions and stir-fry evenly before serving. It will be golden in color and rich in flavor.
-
Put it into a plate and serve it to the table for tasting. This plate of matsutake mushrooms is not cheap. The price is 178/1 plate (for an occasional meal). It is a high-end dish!
