Materials required.

Add an egg, chopped green onion, and a pinch of salt to the flour, and stir to combine.

Chop the spinach finely, add some water and puree in a food processor. I forgot to take pictures at this step, sorry! Add to the egg batter and mix well to form spinach batter.

Heat up an appropriate amount of oil in a frying pan, add a spoonful of batter and turn it to flatten, fry until the surface is dry, then flip over and fry on the other side. Fry all the batter in the same way.

Place the fried pancakes on a plate, wrap them in blanched crispy sausages, and secure them with blanched chives before serving.
