Summer is the season when cowpeas are on the market in large quantities. Today I bought another 5 kilograms to make kimchi. I left some short and broken beans and made this cowpea meatloaf. It tastes pretty good.

  1. Wash the cowpeas, cut the lean meat into pieces, put it into a cooking cup, add salt, cooking wine, and soy sauce, beat into a paste, then add an appropriate amount of water starch and mix well.
