Cowpea meatloaf
Overview
Summer is the season when cowpeas are on the market in large quantities. Today I bought another 5 kilograms to make kimchi. I left some short and broken beans and made this cowpea meatloaf. It tastes pretty good.

Wash the cowpeas, cut the lean meat into pieces, put it into a cooking cup, add salt, cooking wine, and soy sauce, beat into a paste, then add an appropriate amount of water starch and mix well.

Chop the cowpeas, boil them with hot water, then pour them into the meat and mix well.

Divide into small pieces and press into patties.
