After washing the chicken legs, remove excess fat and fascia.

Remove the bones.

Turn the chicken skin side out, roll it up, wrap it in tin foil, roll it tightly, and tighten both ends.

Add water to the pot, place the chicken rolls on the basket, and steam for about 25 minutes.

After the steamed chicken rolls have cooled down, tear off the tin foil, put them in marinade (available in supermarkets), soak them for more than 2 hours, and put them in the refrigerator overnight for better taste.
