Homemade Peanut Chili Sauce
Overview
Have eaten a lot of hot sauce. But either the necklace smells too strong. Or it’s just not suitable for making at home. I made some hot sauce today and it was fragrant and spicy. It's a very simple but very hidden feeling. Just one word cool.

Just turn brown and put it into a garlic mortar. Leave the oil and chili seeds in the pot for easy pouring.

Put in a garlic mortar and add salt. Add the amount of salt according to your taste. Mash with a rolling pin. After pounding, place into an empty bowl.
-
Scrape the remaining chili seeds and oil in the pot with cabbage and pour them into a garlic mortar.
-
Put the fried peanuts into a plastic bag.

Crush it first with a rolling pin. Then use a rolling pin to crush it.

Crushed peanuts. Mix well with the pounded chili pepper
-
Pour boiling water into the garlic mortar where you have just pounded the chili peppers
-
Pour the boiling water into the mixed chili and peanut crumbs. Don't add more water than they do. Peanuts and peppers will absorb water, so you don’t have to worry about them being diluted. Stir with chopsticks.
