Prepare the materials. Clean the yellow croaker and remove its internal organs.

Slice garlic and cut green onion into sections and set aside.

Cut both sides of the fish with a diagonal knife.

Fill the fish belly with half of the onions and garlic, evenly apply salt on the fish, marinate with cooking wine for 20 minutes.

Add more oil to the hot pan.

Add the marinated yellow croaker.

Fry until one side becomes hard and yellow.

Flip and continue to fry the other side until adding the remaining onions and garlic.

Fry until both sides are golden brown.
