Cereal fruit yogurt
Overview
Today I will use the Baishengyou homemade yogurt machine from Meitian to make cereal fruit yogurt. For the cereal, just use the most convenient instant oatmeal. I used apricot for the fruit. I just finished making the apricot jam and I happened to have all the ingredients. The taste of this combination is really comparable to the cereal yogurt sold in the supermarket.

Prepare ingredients and yogurt machine

Pour the milk into the cleaned and sterilized steel tank

Then add bacterial powder

Mix the milk and bacterial powder thoroughly

Put the steel bladder into the main body (if the ambient temperature is low, you can add a small amount of water covering the bottom with a temperature no higher than 43°C to the main body to help the yogurt ferment)

Close the inner cover

Cover the transparent upper cover, plug in the power, and the prompt light will turn on

The yogurt will be ready in about 6-----12 hours (tilt the steel bladder slowly, if the surface becomes thick or condenses into a bean curd shape, it means the yogurt is ready)

This is freshly made yogurt. Cool it and put it in the refrigerator.

The taste and quality of yogurt will be better after being refrigerated

Boil the reserved oatmeal in water or microwave until cooked; dice the apricots.

Pour the oats into the cup with the yogurt and mix well.

Add apricot jam and stir well

Add apricot kernels and honey
