Overview
The second scone after raisin scone - prune scone. I made prune faho last time, and there were some prunes left. Because they were too sour, I kept them at home and no one ate them, so I put them away now. . . This time I made a scone, and I was able to use up part of it O(∩_∩)O haha~

Sift low-gluten flour and baking powder.

Add sugar and frozen butter.

Gently roll it into corn kernels with your hands.

Add whole egg mixture and milk.

Slowly knead into dough.

Soak the prunes overnight in advance, remove the seeds, mix into the dough, and place in the refrigerator to rest for 30 minutes.

Take out the dough and roll it into a thickness of 1cm. Use a mold to print out the pattern.

Place on baking sheet.

Brush with a layer of egg wash.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

After baking, you can simmer it for a while.

Take it out and let it cool slightly.

Break it open and take a look.

Serve with jam.
