Chop celery, carrots, and chives.

Prepare half a bowl of flour and 2 duck eggs.

Add the duck eggs to the celery.

Add appropriate amount of rice wine and stir evenly.

Add flour, mix well, and season with salt and five-spice powder.

Add appropriate amount of water to make a flowable batter with moderate consistency.

Heat the pan, apply an appropriate amount of salad oil to prevent sticking, add the batter when the oil is hot, shake the pan or use a spatula to spread the batter evenly across the bottom of the pan.
