Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare chopped bell peppers and chopped onions (I planned to stir-fry the night before but failed to stir-fry the leftovers)
-
Add a small amount of oil to the pan. When the oil is hot, add some chopped vegetables
-
Crack in an egg, sprinkle some salt on it, and mix well with chopsticks
-
When the first layer of eggs is almost cooked, add a layer of egg liquid and chopped vegetables on top, and repeat (I added four eggs in total)
-
When the last layer of the surface is solidified, the egg cake is ready. Use a spatula to stack the egg cake
-
It’s out of the pot! The egg pancake is too big for one person to eat. Cut it up and eat it together
