Garlic water spinach
Overview
Water spinach is one of the most common vegetables in summer. It is sweet in taste and slightly cold in nature. It is an alkaline food and is rich in vitamin C, carotene and crude fiber. The protein content in the young shoots is 4 times higher than the same amount of tomatoes, and the calcium content is more than 12 times higher than tomatoes. On a hot day, a serving of garlic-flavored water spinach is both nutritious and refreshing.
