Steam conch for 10 minutes

Pick out the slices one by one, leaving out the extra messy parts

Arrange on a plate and add chopped onion, ginger, dried chili pepper.

Mix the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and horseradish thoroughly and pour evenly over the conch slices.
