Weird-flavored peanuts

Yesterday I attended the Family Management School at Tupperware and listened to the explanation of how to make strange-flavored peanuts. I was very interested in it. It tasted very good. I ate it as a snack at home. It was quite good!

  1. Rinse the peanuts slightly with water, wash away the dust, and dry the water

  2. After drying the water, place it on a flat baking sheet and set it at 150 degrees for 6 minutes. Take it out and turn it over every two minutes to avoid burning

  3. Weigh 150g of white sugar

  4. Add 50ml water to the pot, pour in sugar, and turn on medium heat

  5. Add 3 tablespoons of salt

  6. Add pepper, salt and curry powder and stir-fry with a spoon. After the sugar dissolves, turn to low heat and continue to stir-fry

  7. When the syrup in the pot forms fine foam, you can add peanuts

  8. Stir-fry over low heat. After 5 minutes, the peanuts will turn white, continue to stir-fry

  9. Until the syrup in the pot gradually dries up and each peanut is covered with icing sugar and has no water color, turn off the heat and continue to stir-fry for another minute

  10. Put the peanuts into a plate, let cool, and the crispy and delicious peanuts are ready!

  11. Store it in an airtight container and take it out when you want to eat! Wow! I can’t stop eating
