Heat the cream cheese over water and stir until smooth.

Add milk and mix well.

While hot, add the gelatine soaked in advance and stir until completely melted

Beat the light cream and sugar until 50% fluffy

Pour in the cheese paste and mix well

Sieve the cheese paste to make the cheese paste more delicate and smooth

Take an appropriate amount of cheese paste, add the required pigments, and mix to prepare all the colors required for the pattern

Cover the printed pattern with PET transfer paper and fix it on the document board with a binder clip

First draw the outline of the pattern with chocolate wire drawing paste

Coloring with cheese paste,

When finished, place it in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours

Remove the cheese transfer film and place it on the greased cake

Squeeze cheese paste around the pattern and that's it.
