Flower shaped bean paste buns

Overview

Among Chinese pastries, my baby’s favorite is bean paste buns. But the bean paste must be made by yourself, because the bean paste made by yourself can control the amount of oil and sugar, and it will not be sweet or greasy. However, frying red bean paste is a very hard work, especially in this high temperature of 36 degrees. One person is stuck in the kitchen, stirring constantly with a silicone spatula, and is sweating. As a senior foodie, in order to eat comfortably and healthily, it is worth the hard work. Today's red bean paste buns are shaped like pumpkins. They are so beautiful! On a hot summer day, a bowl of millet porridge and soft bean paste buns for breakfast would be nutritious and delicious! Let’s make healthy food!
