donut cake

Overview

Today’s cake uses the French split egg cake method. In other words, it is a split-egg sponge cake. Because it is oil-free and low in sugar, it is especially suitable for children. I used a mini donut mold and a hemispherical mold, so the shape is very popular with children. If you don’t have these two molds, you can use other non-stick molds, or you can make them into cupcakes.
