Strawberry Cream Chocolate Glaze Cake
Overview
The cakes I made during the strawberry season can occasionally be made for my lover. Sending flowers, money, cucumbers... none of them are sincere in making a cake. Ordering a meal and watching a movie is so old-fashioned, but enjoying the world between two people is the way to go. Ha...it's better to give it to him or give her a surprise. If you don't have strawberries, just replace it with your favorite fruit

Ingredients
Steps
-
Make an eight-inch chiffon cake in advance as a decorative cream cake. It is recommended to use a formula with a larger amount of powder so that it has enough endurance. 1 attached recipe: 100g cake flour, 70g corn oil, 70g milk, 20g caster sugar [egg yolk paste] + 60g [meringue], 5 eggs
-
Try to buy fresh strawberries as there is no way to write down the quantity of strawberries. There is no way to standardize the quantity no matter how big or small it is. Wash the strawberries and chop them into pieces for sandwich use
-
Use the brand of whipping cream you are used to, add fine sugar and beat
-
Cut the chiffon cake into three slices, spread a little cream and sprinkle some chopped strawberries [or you can cut it into slices if you like] and then spread a little cream to cover the second cake slice
-
Spread it according to the previous method and cover it with the last piece of cake
-
Apply cream as the surface [if it’s rough, don’t smooth it out]
-
Wrap the strawberry slices around the bottom edge in a circle
-
Select two large and one small strawberries, and use a fruit knife to cut a few knives as flower decorations. Cut a small strawberry to use as a heart shape, and then use blueberries as a border. Sprinkle some chopped strawberries and garnish
-
Chop the chocolate into a piping bag and soak in warm water until melted. [The water temperature should not be too high]
-
Wipe the bag dry with a rag, cut a small slit, and squeeze along the edges to decorate. Then the strawberry cream cake is ready
-
I used pure chocolate if I was afraid of bitterness. You can use ganache as a garnish
