Prepare the ingredients for later use. Soak the red dates and lilies in cold water.

Peel and dice pears

Put mung beans and lilies into a rice cooker and cook until tender. (Don’t put too much water first, this will shorten the cooking time of mung beans)

Then add red dates rock sugar and boiling water and continue cooking for 10 minutes.

Add diced pears and simmer – it’s ready when cooked.
