Peel the loofah and cut into thin hob pieces.

Put oil in the pot, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add luffa, stir-fry over medium-low heat for a while, add a little water to avoid scorching.

Add appropriate amount of water.

Crack the duck eggs in a bowl, add salt and cooking wine and mix well.

When the loofah is almost cooked, pour in the egg liquid.

Add salt to taste and remove from the pan.
