Overview
May is seafood season and June is graduation season. In May, small abalones are very cheap, 3.5 each. Buy a few and steam them at home. Wash the small abalone and brush the shell with a small brush

When it is about to set, put down the abalone, cut the bell pepper into small pieces, garnish with it, continue steaming for about ten minutes, take it out of the pot, sprinkle some chopped green onion, and pour some soy sauce
