Garlic Lobster
Overview
Lobster is my favorite. No matter how I cook it, I just can’t get enough of it. I used to eat it in restaurants or have it cooked by others. Now you can eat it whenever you want! Haha

Clean the lobster

Heat the oil pan, add onions and ginger

Pour the minced garlic into the pot and stir-fry

Add lobster and stir-fry

Fry the lobster until it changes color, then add dark soy sauce and vinegar

Pour beer

When the fire comes to a boil, add five-spice powder, black pepper, and salt

Then change to low heat and cook for fifteen to twenty minutes, then turn off the heat

Take out the pot and put it into the basin
