Bear Orange Toast
Overview
This toast uses a bear-shaped toast mold, which changes the rigid square shape of the toast and becomes cute. The finished toast had eyes and mouths made of chocolate. My grandson fell in love with it immediately. He took a piece and nibbled on it, kissed the little bear, and ate the little bear's mouth with the first bite. Normally I don't give him chocolate, but now I can eat chocolate with a piece of toast. The little guy is so happy when he eats it, and after a while, the little bear has nibbled all the pieces.

Ingredients
Steps
-
First put the milk, eggs, salt and sugar into the bread bucket
-
Add orange peel shreds and soak for about 10 minutes. The orange peel shreds are homemade and pickled with sugar. They are relatively dry and soaked for a while to soften them slightly.
-
Add high-gluten flour and yeast powder and start the dough mixing process
-
After 10 minutes add softened butter
-
Knead the dough to the expansion stage. I spent 35 minutes kneading the dough
-
The glove film can be pulled out
-
Cover with a damp cloth and let rise until doubled in size. I fermented it at room temperature without using the fermentation function
-
Let the fermented dough deflate for 10 minutes, then shape into a round shape
-
Place into the bear mold
-
Keep warm and moisturized and ferment until 80% full. I put it in the oven and used the fermentation function to ferment it. Water is added to the oven.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, then put it in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. I made two at once, and there was a big one
-
Unmold immediately after baking
-
Let cool and slice
-
Use black and white chocolate to make eyes and mouth respectively. Isn’t it cute?
