Ingredients
Steps
-
Put all-purpose flour, salt, sugar and yeast into the bread machine, and form a dough
-
Add butter and knead into a smooth dough, ferment at room temperature
-
Because shrimps contain a lot of water, they need to be baked in advance. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees on the middle layer for 5 minutes until the water dries up
-
The fermented dough has doubled in size, and the inside of the dough is full of pores
-
Spread the dough on the kneading mat. If it is sticky, sprinkle some dry flour on it and roll it into a disc slightly smaller than the mold
-
Grease a pizza pan with a thin layer of butter
-
Place the rolled dough into the pizza pan, press the dough with your hands until it is as big as the plate, and squeeze out a round edge around the edge
-
Prick holes in the crust with a fork to vent air
-
Ferment again for 20 minutes. The oven is used for fermentation here. The temperature of the upper and lower tubes is between 0-60 degrees. The function is adjusted to the fermentation position
-
Brush the edges of the cake with egg wash
-
Spread tomato sauce in the middle of the crust
-
Sprinkle with about 100 grams of mozzarella cheese
-
Add grilled shrimp, bacon, onions, and sweet corn kernels
-
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees, middle rack, 220 degrees, bake for 15 minutes
-
Remove and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese and chili pepper
-
Continue to bake for 3-5 minutes, until the mozzarella cheese melts
