Steamed Fish Nuggets with Black Bean Sauce
Overview
I tried using different methods to make fish fillets. When I was heating leftover fish in the microwave that day, I suddenly had an idea. Why not use a microwave to make the fish fillets that are already flavored have a dry and fragrant texture? I tried it once and it was pretty good, so I’d like to share it.

Ingredients
Steps
-
To clean the fish meat, I use the two pieces of meat from the back of the fish. It has fewer thorns and thick meat, and it tastes delicious.
-
Cut the fish into pieces, add salt and sugar, a little more salt, the sugar will just soften the taste, just a little bit will do it.
-
Add two tablespoons of cooking wine.
-
For a spoonful of soy sauce for steamed fish, you can add a little less dark soy sauce for coloring, but I didn't add it.
-
Chop green onions and mince black beans.
-
Mix well, add cooking oil and marinate in the refrigerator. Three to five hours or more is fine.
-
Steam the marinated fish pieces until cooked.
-
Take out the steamed fish pieces one by one with chopsticks and replace them with a microwave cookware.
-
Microwave on medium-high for five minutes. Take it out and add chopped green onions and enjoy.
