Overview

A successful chiffon cake! Finally succeeded! All kinds of happiness. As soon as I made it, I gave it to someone. I found that sharing snacks is so happy and exciting:)

  1. Four eggs, yolks and whites separated

  2. Add salad oil, milk and 1/4 of the powdered sugar to the egg yolk bowl, set aside

  3. Beat the egg whites and add the remaining powdered sugar in batches. Beat for about five minutes until white and stiff.

  4. Stir the egg yolk liquid evenly, sift in the flour and baking powder, and stir evenly

  5. Take one-third of the beaten egg whites and fold into the egg yolk flour batter

  6. Pour the batter into the remaining egg whites and mix slowly

  7. Complete the batter, shake it slightly to eliminate air bubbles

  8. Fill the cup:) I made three flavors, one original, one with cranberry prunes, and one with some chocolate sauce

  9. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes, ready!
