Peel and dice the mango and put it into a juicer. Put the light cream into a blender and mix it with the mango into a puree

Let the gelatine swell in water and set aside

Microwave the milk and sugar over high heat for 90 seconds, take out the gelatin sheets and stir to dissolve

After the milk has cooled, pour the mango puree into the milk and mix well

Put it into a mold. There happened to be a jelly box left by the girl to use as the mold. Place it in the refrigerator and refrigerate until it solidifies
