A simple western dish. I wanted to squeeze the guacamole into weeds, but it turned out to be uglier than weeds, but fortunately it didn’t taste bad.

  1. Wash the shrimps, cut the back and remove the shrimp lines.

  4. Add a little salt to marinate to remove excess water and reduce bitterness.

  5. Squeeze out the water from the marinated king oyster mushrooms.

  6. Use a spoon to scrape the avocado into puree, add appropriate amount of salad dressing and mix thoroughly.

  7. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat, then add shrimp and king oyster mushrooms and fry.

  8. After frying one side, flip over and fry the other side.

  9. Arrange the shrimp and king oyster mushrooms on a plate and top with guacamole.
