Separate egg whites and egg yolks, put egg yolks and 50g sugar in a bowl, beat until white, then add flour, stir evenly, continue to pour in milk and melted butter, stir evenly.

Beat egg whites and 30g sugar until 70%.

Gently stir the egg yolk paste and egg white together, stirring from bottom to top until even.
