Vegetable Bacon Cheese Bread
Overview
I bought a big bag of bacon and ate it several times. I still have some, so I will use it to make bread and mix it with some diced vegetables to enrich the taste of the bread.

Place all dough ingredients into bread pan. Main dough content: 40g grape seed oil, 1 egg, 1 yeast powder, 4g sugar, 10g salt, 2g water, 150g high gluten flour, 300g

Start the dough kneading process twice, knead to the expansion stage, and you can pull out the glove film

Ferment until doubled in size
