Overview
I had eaten honey yam in a restaurant before, but I never knew how to make it. I happened to see an introduction to how to make this dish on TV, so I learned how to make it and sell it now. Yams can strengthen the spleen and appetite, replenish qi and nourish yin. They can also aid digestion, replenish fatigue, replenish qi, stop diarrhea and eliminate phlegm. Peel yam
